Principal

My name is Jennifer Hall, and I am thrilled to serve as the principal of McDowell Early Learning School. Not only was I born and raised in this wonderful community, but my husband and I now have the great opportunity to raise our own children here. Prior to returning to Hudson, I was fortunate to serve as an elementary teacher with Ridgewood Local Schools and an elementary principal with New Philadelphia City Schools. Additionally, I earned my undergraduate and masters degrees from The Ohio State University, and I am in the dissertation phase of my PhD work in their education program. 

I look forward to getting to know each and every student and family. This is such an exciting time for our youngest learners, and I am committed to working collaboratively to provide them with an exceptional experience. Together, we will work diligently to ensure that our McDowell students thrive in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. Our team of compassionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated staff makes McDowell a place where students grow as learners, leaders, and individuals.
